We also offer outdoor catering services. We are located at the heart of Lagos, Ikeja.
Job Description
- Provide variety of delicious African dishes for customers under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager.
- Able to organize the assigned work area and efficiently attend to orders.
- Able to produce quality products in a timely and efficient manner for customers.
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation at the assigned work area.
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
- Prepare all menu items by strictly following recipes and yield guide.
- Maintain correct portion size and quality of the food to the restaurant’s standards.
- Provide support to the team when needed.
- Ensure complete adherence to company’ policy and procedures.
- Any other duties assigned.
- Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification
- Certificate from a reputable culinary institute.
- At least three (3) years’ experience as a Chef in a fast-paced and full-service restaurant environment.
- Stress management/composure.
- Excellent culinary skill.
- Excellent food presentation skill.
- Proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills.
