We also offer outdoor catering services. We are located at the heart of Lagos, Ikeja.

Job Description

  • Provide variety of delicious African dishes for customers under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager.
  • Able to organize the assigned work area and efficiently attend to orders.
  • Able to produce quality products in a timely and efficient manner for customers.
  • Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation at the assigned work area.
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
  • Prepare all menu items by strictly following recipes and yield guide.
  • Maintain correct portion size and quality of the food to the restaurant’s standards.
  • Provide support to the team when needed.
  • Ensure complete adherence to company’ policy and procedures.
  • Any other duties assigned.
Requirements
  • Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification
  • Certificate from a reputable culinary institute.
  • At least three (3) years’ experience as a Chef in a fast-paced and full-service restaurant environment.
  • Stress management/composure.
  • Excellent culinary skill.
  • Excellent food presentation skill.
  • Proper food handling techniques.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills.
